an anti-form poem.
The
ABCs of Me
All eye can
Be
is what God
Called
me to see:
Divine,
Elegant,
Fearlessly
full of
Grace
Hope,
Inspiration
and
Joy.
Kind-hearted,
Loving,
and
Majestic
like
No
Other.
Phenomenally
a
Queen
of
Radiance,
Standards,
Thankfulness,
Uniqueness;
a
Virtuous
Woman
Xclusively
Youthful
and
Zealous.
Free
Verse
Out
of order.
Out
of rhymes.
Black
and bold.
Illiterate
to alliteration.
Concealed
metaphors parallel by smiling similes.
Conscious
without rhythm.
Imagery
of a brave soul,
flying
off the sweet lips of a poet’s mouth-
Kissing
and telling all his and hers secrets;
spilling
milk and honey;
praising
dreams;
disclosure
of despair;
breathing
optimism without repetition.
a
million ears inspect tone.
a
million minds seek mood.
One
fly poet, set free again.
